Again, I want to commend the REBOXED team for the way they treat their customers, especially when things go wrong!
I recently placed an order for the first time, unfortunately there was a breach in transit and the courier engaged couldn't deliver to my safe place. In the meantime, I was already contemplating patronising another vendor (because of the urgent need for good phones for my partner and I) when the REBOXED team stepped in and did a FULL refund! And of course apologized for my trouble.
I am particularly impressed by their commitment to satisfy their customers promptly, including me. I will not only re-patronise them but also share my pleasant experience with the public that they truly answer to their name - Trustpilot, courtesy Rachelle 🙂!
