Had no problems until recently when due to a bug we couldn't use an addon domain we purchased. Their first answer to the ticket was 3 days later and utterly useless. I then reiterared the problem and proposed a solution that would fix our problem instantly until they manage to fix the bug. They just ignored it. One week later, we still can't use what we paid for. I'm sorry this happened, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.
