Easy process, great time to deliver and quality of the device has been good. My daughter managed to get everything up and running without issues and she is happy with her new laptop
They provided a quote for my phone, labeling it as 'Comme Neuf' even though it was actually brand new—just a change of heart on my part. They offered 322 Euros, but when they couldn't justify lowering the price, they simply stated they didn't want to purchase it and suggested recycling it for free or returning it. Clearly, free recycling was not an option, so they opted for a return. This was a complete waste of time and resources, highlighting their bad faith... truly disappointing behavior. STAY AWAY.

I feel like I purchased a brand new item. I'm not usually a fan of buying new cell phones, but the platform and search engine made it easy to find what I wanted. I will recommend this platform to friends and look for other electronics here.
