Despite following up many times, I was only told to “wait 6–8 weeks.” In the end, my claim was denied, and I was accused of providing “irregular” documents — even though I submitted genuine proof. No clear explanation, no detailed report, just a refusal to pay.This entire experience left me feeling scammed. I lost my phone and the €600 payment I was counting on. I cannot recommend rebuy.nl to anyone — the process was stressful, slow, and ultimately dishonest.
