I sent my google pixel 9 pro xl in a perfect condition. They contacted me and said that SIM card tray is damaged and they can offer me only 27 euros instead of 380 (don't remember the amount). I naturally declined. Probably the guy who ejected the sim card tray broke it, because it was fine when I sent it. I did not recieve my device yet, but I do really hope they did not break anything else. Now I have to spend 10-15 euros to replace the sim tray. Avoid rebuy bettet sell it on markplaats. And the offer of 27 euros for sim card tray that costs 15 euros at most

This is a scamming platform, do not use!They might not be scammers themselves, but their systems are deliberately set up so you lose your money for at least 6-8 weeks, because they use dodgy courier companies. Expect a huge amount of work, phone calls and forms to get your money back.DO NOT USE
I had an iphone 14 pro max that was in a as new state! i got an offer i sended the phone to rebuy and i got for it what they offerd. Before i sended it to Rebuy i sended the same phone to swappie they offerd me almost the same but when the phone was there they put it underneath a microscope and wanted to give me 120 euro less for the same phone. So next time i want to sel my phone it will be Rebuy !! Thanks Guys for the honist handeling!!
I bought a refurbished Ipod and the quality exceeded what was written on the site. (Good, but to me it was closer to very good, it looks as new). I was a bit worried if I could get it to work on my modern Mac but the cable they supplied with it made it very easy and my Itunes immediately recognized the Ipod and I've been using it every day ever since. Recommend.
I have a very good experience with Rebuy. I made the request online, it was clear and short, received the shipping label and sent it through dpd. Within few days, I received the agreed amount. I am very happy with the service and definitely will repeat it to sell my old phone.

Vervolgens duurde het nog ruim anderhalve week voordat de uitbetaling plaatsvond.Vier weken eerder heb ik exact hetzelfde toestel verkocht via Swappie en die ervaring was werkelijk honderd keer beter: sneller, duidelijker en eerlijker.Voor mij geen zaken meer met reBuy. On top of that, the extra Black Friday bonus was removed without any clear explanation, even though it was included in the initial offer.Because I was tired of the back-and-forth, I eventually accepted the lower offer. After that, it still took more than a week and a half before the payment was made.Four weeks earlier, I sold an identical device to Swappie, and that experience was honestly a hundred times better: faster, clearer, and more transparent.I will not do business with reBuy again. The process is slow and feels unfair.
