UPDATE:After the comment here from rebuy.nl support, I've been contacted by their staff. Finally, after about three months of sending the phone back and forth, I could return the product, and they've fully refunded it.My final impression: They are responsible, however, not agile at all.=========Their warranty is not valid, and they provide you with no support!My Case:I ordered an "as a new" iPhone 11 pro from their website. The phone backlit intensity was so low, and nothing can be seen on the screen during direct sunlight. When I returned the product, they reacted me after 7 working days (10 days) that no problem found! They automatically sent the product as it was/is to be shipped to me again!Their support looks to be just a way to take your time for weeks without any solution!
