I sent them a PS3 and a PS4. Both in perfect working conditions. I had been playing on the PS4 until before sending without issues. Just wanted to sold them as I upgraded. After receiving it, they said the eject button was not working so from 100+ EUR offered they came down to some 10. I refused the offer but also emailed their customer service because maybe there was a missunderstanding. Even a swap of devices. Never got an answer. I have received both PS3 and PS4. The PS4 now has a malfunctioning eject button. This is a scam. Not recommended.Edited: I wonder how they could detect a defective eject button on a PS4 which I was using until the day I sent. Maybe I ejected the last game magically and then forgot about it. Oh boy.
