The "very good" Samsung Galaxy S9 I bought a month ago seemed to be in very good shape indeed (perfect screen, working buttons, etc), but after checking all the features i found out it didn't have a working microphone. Calling people doesn't work at all, people can't hear me. Calling via WhatsApp or using Bixby, shazam or speech recorder barely works, or doesn't work at all. However, for some reason video calling via WhatsApp and video recording do have sound (or at least partly). However, the customer service was very quick in replying and offered me another phone of the same model or my money back. So this might be just an incident since they seem to be handeling the situation professionally.A month later I got another phone of the same model and it is in good shape, as they promised. I have to say that reBuy was very professional and won my trust back after their initial mistake. In the end it took a month instead of a week before I got the new phone, but I am satisfied and I would recommend reBuy to others.
