Untrustworthy, BEWARE! They give you an unfair, revised quote when you actually send them the computer you want to sell. My case: I sent them a computer in perfect condition, as described and the model correctly selected (as far as it was possible to see). Once my computer arrived to them, I've then got a revised quote for hundreds of euros less because my keyboard was not a german one. This is extremely deceiving, as the keyboard spec was not specified in their initial quote or website. It's also quite obvious that if they are buying from other European markets, it's likely the keyboards will have different configurations than the German one. They should specify their requirements for their quotes. I've pointed it all to them, but they refused to move a finger or to compensate me in any way. It was the revised quote or they would send my computer back. I chose my computer back and will never do business with this company anymore. BEWARE!
