I would advise you to take pictures of the product you sell to rebuy so you can compare their evaluation and pictures of the product with yours. I can only speculate whether they changed my phone with a damaged other model that had the same color. I haven't sent my phone in the condition that they addressed. And without evidence, they can easily lower their first bid with a great sum of money. Without any possibility to renegotiate a fair price, they offered just 60% of the first bid when I packaged my phone and sent it to rebuy. Don't be fooled by that first attractive bid, it seems like a candy to make you sell it. There's no possibility to communicate and renegotiate and frankly, the 60% new offer just doesn't represent a fair deal for my phone.
