I tried selling a phone to them. There were small scratches on the sides and they said that they won't be able to consider it as a new phone which I agree with. But then they introduced a new issue and said that they will need to repair the phone hence can only offer 98 euro from 165 they promised. Obviously I asked them to return the device as it was working perfectly and didn't need a repair. I saw on their website that they sell the same device in "good" condition for 230 euro. So these guys want to scam the customer who is selling it and then sell the same thing for twice the price. Never dealing with them again. At least the return process was good and got the device safely.
