I ordered a phone from Rebuy and it never arrived. I was at home when it was supposed to be delivered and DHL did not even attempt to deliver it but gave a fake signature and marked it as delivered.I contacted Rebuy who told me that since the signature did not match the signature on my passport they would open an investigation with DHL and I would be reimbursed. I then bought the same phone from them trusting that they would reimburse the first one that never turned up. They told me they would contact me when DHL concluded the investigation.Of course no one ever contacted me and after over 8 weeks I reached out to them, only to be told they will not issue a refund. I have lost 800 euros because of DHL lying and Rebuy's terrible customer service. I even bought the same product TWICE so I clearly did not receive the first one. What an awful experience, this was my first time shopping with Rebuy and I will never do it again.
