Reclaimnow, does do it all for you.

I suspected I might have been eligible because so many car finance companies were charging interest rates way above the BoE rate, when the rate was at 0.5%, and there were always offers on cars. Dealers had to be making money from another source. Reclaimnow looked at the history and identified the cases, approached the companies in question who admitted this. I did not have to do anything.
