Our straightforward purchase is now at risk of delays due to an impending mortgage offer, and we haven't received any updates in three weeks. Additionally, the documents we submitted months ago are being requested again.

After the survey was completed, the surveyor reached out to me quickly to share the results and advise on what needed attention. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for professional and trustworthy assistance.

I ultimately chose to cancel. Their communication and overall service are severely lacking. They do not respond to phone calls despite their claims. This service is disappointing; it's advisable to look for alternatives.

Once they have your money, their interest in assisting you vanishes. The solicitor assigned to us was inexperienced and only familiar with basic property sales. It took 17 months to finalize a chain-free sale. Despite the initial promises made, the service fell short. After many complaints, they finally assigned a senior solicitor who managed to complete the sale. There's a reason this service is inexpensive, and if you truly want to sell your property, it's wise to invest your money elsewhere. I will never use them again! Their response shows their lack of accountability, and after such a long ordeal, I have no desire to communicate with them again.
