Once again, there's been an error with a pre-order. I pre-ordered a specific item over five months ago, expecting a numbered copy by October. Nothing arrived, and I only learned of a delay after reaching out. I was informed last week that the copies won't be numbered, and instead, I would receive an un-numbered variant this week. Still no sign of it. When I inquired further, I was told the item I was asking about was no longer available for purchase. I've had too many negative experiences with this company, and I'm ready to move on, regardless of what they offer in the future. I'm initiating a chargeback.
