Like many others have mentioned, I feel deceived as well. I ordered a record that was supposedly in stock 12 days ago, and while my payment was processed, the item hasn't been dispatched. It shouldn't take this long to pack and ship a single LP. I've tried reaching out for assistance, but the automated system keeps cutting me off, and my numerous emails have gone unanswered, with only generic replies saying someone will respond. It seems I'll have to involve my bank now. It's disheartening to see how companies treat their customers this way. I recommend looking for alternatives.
