The release date came, and I was informed it had been dispatched, but it arrived late and damaged. The packaging was inadequate, leading to a crunched record. I sent photos and requested a partial refund, but the response was unsatisfactory. I was offered a return without guarantee of a replacement and a minimal refund. The customer service was lacking, and I felt dismissed. I'm planning to file a complaint and avoid this company in the future.
