I placed a pre-order on September 23rd with a release date of October 3rd. I received several emails claiming my order had been sent, but when I tried to collect it, they refused to help with changing the delivery address. After multiple emails, I was left without my parcel and no resolution. The customer service has been terrible, and I've had to dispute the payment. I advise everyone to steer clear of this seller.
