I purchased the Oxyrevo Apex36 1.5 ATA in June 2025 including a separate conditioning unit. Once the conditioning arrived 3 weeks late, I decided I no longer needed it. Recovery for Athletes does not accept returns so I had to eat the cost. If I had to do it again, I would definitely order from Morelli Medical who accepts returns. This is too expensive of a purchase to not be able to accept returns especially for items that have not been opened/used. In December 2025, my chamber broke. Whenever it started to pressurize, the faulty zipper would blow open and the chamber would depressurize. It was still under warranty so I was able to get a new chamber; however, they are a pain to put together/take apart so it was definitely a nuisance. If I had to do it over again, I would not get an Oxyrevo or order from Recovery for Athletes.
