I initially tried free credits and received good results, so I’m confused why the paid service has performed so poorly. It seems the platform profits more the worse the model performs. There are no clear instructions or best practices provided. While you can switch between different model variations, there’s no information on what to expect, and some options require a significant number of credits for results that often don’t meet requests. I won’t be continuing with this service. While I hope the technology improves, the lack of transparency and the subscription-plus-credit model are major turn-offs.
