I waited the full eight weeks, but no table arrived and no shipping confirmation was sent. Over the next several weeks, I followed up repeatedly. While the customer service representatives were friendly, they were ineffective, always citing vague 'shipping issues' and promising updates that never came. Weeks passed into over a month, and I still received nothing. Eventually, they ceased all communication. No updates, no resolution. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to reclaim my money. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch with endless delays. Friendly voices on the phone don't make up for misinformation and broken promises. I strongly urge anyone thinking of making a purchase here to look elsewhere.
