I placed an order on 12/14/25 and just discovered today (12/22/25) that the item is out of stock and won't arrive before Christmas. It's very disappointing not to have received this information sooner. I tried reaching out via email with no response, and finally contacted customer service to find out what happened. Poor communication led to a disappointing experience.
