We were slightly out of the returns by a few days, and he abruptly refused this, even though I stated the product hasn't been opened and was not fit for purpose. Despite asking for a reduced refund rate, it was still a firm no because it was no benefit to their business to have it returned. Stay away from this company, god forbid something is ordered in error!
