Fabulous speedy service and delivery. One phone call mid afternoon and still managed to get the Sanus speaker stands I was after delivered the next day and at a great price. The person I spoke to was so incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend Red Apple AV!
Great price for the Norstone Hi-Fi stand way cheaper than any where else. Quick delivery and excellent customer service. When I got around to putting it together I found one of the bolts was missing. I emailed Ian on a Sunday evening got a response straight away. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service - ultimate quick delivery! Just as advertised - my Sanus speaker stands (which look fantastic and are extremely high quality) arrived next day, in perfect condition. I did doubt the legitimacy of the site to start with as there is no address listed (usually a no no for me) but saw many positive reviews here on trustpilot. I paid with credit card to protect myself, but this wasn’t necessary. I am very glad I ordered through Red Apple AV Ltd, and the price was £30 cheaper than Sonos themselves, and £25 cheaper than Richer Sounds! WITH free delivery! I can’t really ask for more - well done on providing a perfect service - thanks!
I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to highlight my positive experience with Red Apple. I had an issue with a defective product (not Red Apple’s fault), and was very happy with the way Ian handled and resolved the situation, great customer service.
From the initial contact with Ian he could not have been more knowledgeable and professional taking me through every detail.It makes a pleasant change to speak with someone who can answer all your questions.From that we discussed my exact requirements and I purchased a new satellite receiver which was delivered a day earlier than estimated and I as described, spot on!!100% recommended from someone who rarely recommends.Thank you Ian.
