The accommodation was infested with bugs and the beds were unusable due to sharp metal protruding. We endured loud children until 1 AM, along with banging on the walls. When we requested a different unit, it was in the same poor condition, also infested with bugs and had uncomfortable beds. The owner informed us that to receive a refund, we needed to return the keys and leave immediately, which left us to sleep in our car on the streets. The owner failed to respond to the service regarding our refund request. This organization lacks integrity, and I would not recommend booking with them. I have yet to receive a refund.
