Whilst we appreciate the inspection on the vehicle was carried out successfully. The level of communication and how my booking was managed was unacceptable during the week. To be advised not once but twice to contact my seller to arrange a time when I already did this in first instance. And then to receive an email saying our booking was cancelled the day before scheduling was infuriating, then 1 hour later then got told it's actually confirmed and going ahead.... Anyway it did cause some stress for myself and partner. I would hope in future if we contacted you guys again I would expect better communication and not be mucked around like I was.
