I was in contact with both the seller and the service team simultaneously. The seller was trying to arrange the inspection after returning from holiday. The service informed me via email that the seller declined the inspection and sold the car. However, I received screenshots from the seller showing attempts to coordinate the inspection. When I used another organization, the inspection was organized within an hour.
This was a disappointing experience. I will NEVER recommend this service to anyone. For the amount I paid, I expected the mechanic to perform actual work, not just take photos. There was no depth to the inspection; nearly every comment was 'consistent with age.' Why not conduct proper mechanical tests? I could have had someone else do the same for free.
