I usually use this app for bus bookings, but today was a disappointing experience. I had to board at 10:00 AM for an onboarding at my company. My drop-off point was supposed to be at 8:00 AM, but instead, they dropped me near a bus garage around 11:00 AM. No van was provided to take me to my drop-off point, wasting our time. I tried to contact the bus operators, but they didn’t respond, simply saying it wasn't their responsibility. All passengers struggled to reach their destinations, including kids and infants. It’s unfortunate to share such a bad experience.
