I typically use this app for bus bookings, but today’s experience was terrible. I needed to board at 9:00 AM for my company and was supposed to be dropped off at 6:40 AM, according to the app. Instead, I was dropped near a bus garage around 11:00 AM, with no van provided to take me to my drop-off point. I tried to reach the bus operators, but they simply stated it wasn’t their issue. Passengers, including children, faced difficulties reaching their destinations. It’s unfortunate to report such a disappointing experience.
