We boked ticket for 2 passengers from Sangamwadi Pune To Khalghat we are 100%sure we selected correct date of travel as 9th Nov after making payment we got tickets for 8th Nov. Once we thought may be it's our mistake so we changed the date to 9th and paid extra 421Rs even this time tickets still came with 8th. After many tried and hold for hrs we got connected to customer care they simply refused to take any action informing us that we already used one try to change date and they cannot help even we spoke to Manager incharge. It's hell worst experience. When contacted the company of travel they told tickets were purchased from Red bus contact them. Finally we have travel one day ahead of sch. Keep watch on such bad practice and report. It's better to go to agent and get proper ticket
