Pathetic travel experience. The bus was not clean, and the driver seemed completely inexperienced and abusive. He had no idea about the bus equipment or switches — it took him more than an hour just to start the bus. The conductor was also using foul language throughout the journey. Several passengers were drunk and creating a nuisance. Despite repeatedly asking the conductor to stop the bus and remove them, no action was taken. Additionally, four people were sharing two sleeper seats, and the staff kept waiting unnecessarily for more passengers to board.
