Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent travel with Krish Travels on 26th August 2025, booked through the RedBus app. My journey was from Coimbatore to North Authoor, and my booking details were confirmed via email and WhatsApp.My reserved seat number was D1 as per my ticket. However, during the journey, the bus staff insisted on changing my seat to A1. I was not in a position to change seats since I was in deep sleep, and the way the staff argued with me was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.This behaviour caused me inconvenience and discomfort during the journey. I consider this as very poor service and unacceptable from your staff.I kindly request you to take necessary action against the staff involved and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.For your reference, the bus number was TN66AU2098.Thanking you for your attention.
