I had one of the worst experiences with RedBus. The bus was delayed, but nobody bothered to inform me. The tracking app wasn’t working at all. The contact number mentioned wasn’t picked up, and when it finally was, I kept getting transferred from one person to another with no proper help. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours in the middle of the night.Because of this delay, I reached late for an important media event. Honestly, the fault lies completely with RedBus. To make things worse, when I messaged asking for the bus location, I got a reply at 6:30 AM — when my bus was scheduled at 2:00 AM! I was the only passenger standing alone in the rain, and this was simply unacceptable.Thankfully, Mr. Imran dropped me to Borivali where I was supposed to board, but had I been informed properly, or if your tracking system actually worked, I wouldn’t have had to stand there for hours at night.If you’re charging customers a commission, you need to ensure proper service and 24x7 support. I’ve seen interviews where the co-founder spoke about starting RedBus to solve the exact travel issues he once faced. Sadly, RedBus today is creating those very same problems. Honestly, after this experience, I feel it’s time to boycott Redbus.
