Dear Redbus Support Team,I had booked a ticket on the Geetha Bus service from Hyderabad to Sindnoor. The bus broke down midway, and we were made to wait for nearly 8–9 hours while attempts were made to repair it. Eventually, the problem was not resolved, and the driver himself asked us to take another bus, assuring that Redbus would provide a 100% refund.However, when I contacted your support, I was informed by your telecaller Ms. Manasi that only 50% compensation would be given. She also refused to provide her employee ID when asked. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, considering the severe inconvenience caused to all passengers.
