I was standing at the pickup point since a long time but I got a call from the bus conductor and he was calling me to the pickup point which is 6 kilometres away and said that if you don't come within 5 minutes then we will leave and he said I don't know, I said it takes at least 15 minutes to reach there, even then I reached there in 10 minutes and he said we went further ahead, when I asked what is this, he said we don't know, we left, then I said give me a refund, he said you won't get it and Red Bus is saying that the refund option is disabled, Iam not to use it next time, the behaviour of Red Bus and the bus conductor was cheap and third class. Take legal action, thank you.
