🚨 A Horrible Travel Experience with @redBus & KMC Travels (formerly Tranzking) – Safety at Risk!On 4th Aug, 2025, I booked a KMC Travels bus (via redBus) from Rajapalayam to Chennai (9:45 PM, Seat U27). What followed was one of the most irresponsible and unsafe travel experiences I’ve ever faced.🔴 The bus started late, and within 45 minutes, the AC stopped working. The driver and conductor disappeared for nearly an hour without informing passengers.🔴 We were later told that an alternate bus would be arranged only after reaching Madurai, forcing us to travel 2+ hours without AC.🔴 Around 1:50 AM, in the middle of a highway, passengers were asked to get down and shift to other KMC buses on our own.🔴 I, as a solo female traveler, had to struggle at midnight with my luggage without any staff support.🔴 The seat I was provided in the alternate bus was a last-row double-occupancy berth shared with another woman and child, extremely unsafe and uncomfortable.When I raised this with @redBus, instead of taking accountability for such a serious lapse, they made me wait 10 days only to refund ₹162 against a ticket fare of ₹1642.👉 This is not about money. It is about: • Passenger safety (especially for women traveling alone) • Accountability of travel operators • Customer service failures from platforms like redBusAs customers, we trust @redBus and operators like KMC Travels (earlier Tranzking) to ensure safe and dignified journeys. Sadly, this experience shows how little importance is given to passenger safety and service quality.I strongly urge @redBus and KMC Travels to take responsibility and fix these gaps. Incidents like these are unacceptable in today’s travel ecosystem.
