And about the sanitization part seems like even at Covid time bus was not sanitized and complete bus was stinking. Where there was no option i adjusted like other travelers . But for all this wonderful amenities we got it during the travel operator provide a free jungle tourism in between and this help as to reach the destination point more delay and which makes as happy, even the villagers seem like the bus as they never seen kind of previously in their place. To know the reason we have approached the driver and the stated they have changed route due to traffic 🥳, but unfortunately apart from this single private traveller vehicle we never find any more vehicle on this route . And for all this red bus customer service team Helped a lot with closing customer concern without providing resolution. What a wonderful service team
