0-Star Service – Absolutely Unreliable!Our experience with RedBus (Yamuna Travellers) was a complete nightmare. We had booked an 11:00 PM bus from Ahmedabad to Keshod, but the bus shamelessly arrived at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded with our family in the middle of the night.No prior update, no courtesy call, and when we tried contacting them, no one bothered to answer the phone. This level of carelessness, mismanagement, and lack of responsibility is simply unacceptable.If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind — do not book with RedBus or Yamuna Travellers.
