I recently booked a bus through your platform, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My bus was delayed by 45 minutes, and upon arrival at the boarding point, I was shocked to find that the bus had been changed without prior intimation.The bus quality was extremely poor — the window near my seat was very noisy, the seats were dirty and had a bad smell, and the charging points were not working despite being listed under amenities on your platform. The bus operator’s phone was switched off, making it impossible to contact them for assistance.Additionally, the driver played loud music throughout the journey. Even after I politely requested him to lower the volume, my concern was ignored.This experience was highly uncomfortable and not in line with the service promised during booking. I request you to take appropriate action against the operator and ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. I would also like to request a refund for this inconvenience.
