I booked a bus from Dehradun to Manali on 9th August 2025 (Ticket No: TU9619928624) for ₹1205.40 with City Land Travel through the RedBus app. The operator cancelled the bus, and RedBus claimed the refund was processed.However:On 9th August 2025, the app showed the amount was “credited” to my bank account — but I never received any SMS from my bank and my account balance was unchanged.On 11th August 2025, after I checked the refund status again, it showed the amount was “credited” at 7:37 PM. This is misleading — the app seems to simply update the date to whenever you check the refund status, instead of showing the actual transaction date.Till now, no refund has been credited to my account.This is frustrating and feels deceptive. The RedBus refund tracking is unreliable and confusing. I hope they fix this issue and process my actual refund immediately.i try to call many times to the customer care but i am not able to speak ...,, i had experienced that after the journey is completed than the customer care executive will immediately call on that day for the 5 star rating.when we are in face of problem they dont receive call at all , my mobile number is 9675700008
