I had booked ticket (PNR CLT2011472) from Dehradun to Katra and was travelling alone with my minor son1.The bus driver asked me to deboard in Jammu(60 kms from Katra) as the bus would not move ahead. Neither did they arrange for any alternate transportation for me.I had to pay Rs 5000 extra to book a cab from Jammu to Katra. When I interacted with redbus,they lied that alternate transportation was arranged for, by the bus, which is completely incorrect .It was sheer mental harassment and extremely shabby behaviour meted out by the driver and conductor. The bus however moved ahead in front of my eyes, but not to Katra.2.My brand new luggage was not allowed to be taken inside the bus and they kept it inside the luggage compartment. Due to this, slush/mud got inside my luggage and my new expensive clothes were soiled.3,Due to mishandling my brand new luggage was also broken/damaged4 The bus condition was pathetic and there were water trickling down inside the compartment falling on the seat.AC was not working and it was extremely suffocating inside.5.The bus did not give any toilet breaks and only stopped after 5.5 hours of starting for dinner and toilet breaks6.6 out of the 8 amenities as mentioned in the Redbus app were not provided and inspite of asking for the same, it was said that the same is not available as of now and hence cannot be provided.7. Redbus instead of compensating me, insisted for cab bill, which was not there, as I already informed them that app cab services are not available in Jammu and local taxi had to be booked who had asked for cash, which I had to shell out unnecessarily due to no fault of mine. They refused to compensate me without a bill and close my complaint as Resolved without providing any resolution or proper closure of the complaint
