I had booked a ticket from kozhikode to kayamkulam .The bus cancelled the ticket and till date i havenot recieved the refumd.
whenever i am contacting them they say it has been processed succesfully. Only god and redbus knows where and which account the money has been transferred.
you have no provisions to contact Redbus and it goes to the automated service.
Please my friends do not use REDBUS they will only drain your money
