I had a very unsatisfactory experience during this trip. Upon arriving at the bus station, one of the drivers carelessly threw my luggage. When I asked him to handle it with care, he responded dismissively and even yelled at me. This treatment is unacceptable for any customer. When we reached the checkpoint, the driver said he would wait for 30 minutes. We completed immigration in under 20 minutes, but the bus left us behind despite having paid over 200 MYR for our tickets. We were stranded for nearly an hour trying to find alternatives. We then booked another ticket for two, but the pickup location was incorrect. After waiting another hour, we discovered we had been misinformed. Ultimately, we had to buy tickets from another app and seek help from a different bus company to reach our destination. We ended up spending over 400 MYR due to this ordeal. This was the worst long-distance bus experience I've encountered, and I kindly request a refund for the stress and costs incurred due to the drivers' behavior.
