I had a very unsatisfactory experience during this trip. Upon arriving at the bus station, one of the drivers carelessly handled my luggage. When I kindly requested him to be more careful, he responded rudely and shouted at me. This treatment is unacceptable for customers. At the Malaysia checkpoint, the driver indicated he would wait for 30 minutes. We cleared immigration in under 20 minutes, but the bus left us behind despite having paid over 200+ MYR for our tickets. With no alternative buses available, we were stranded for nearly an hour searching for options. Afterward, we booked another ticket for two, but the pickup location was incorrect (we assumed Larkin was the same as the checkpoint). We waited for an hour only to find out we were misinformed. Ultimately, we had to buy another set of tickets from a different platform and rely on another bus company to get us to our destination. In total, we incurred over 400+ MYR due to this ordeal. This has been the worst long-distance bus experience I've encountered, even though it was only my second time on this route. I am formally requesting a refund for the trouble, expenses, and stress caused by the drivers and the mishandling of the situation.

I frequently use this app for booking round-trip tickets, but this time I was only informed right before boarding that the bus would terminate at a different location instead of the expected one. If the destination has changed, why is the app still selling tickets for the original drop-off point? This is very misleading. Additionally, I received no advance notice and was only informed at the counter when exchanging my ticket, which left me with no time to adjust my plans. Arriving at the new location late at night meant no public transport was available, forcing passengers to use rideshares. It would have been more sensible to fly than use this service. The most frustrating part is that the app continues to advertise the original destination, deceiving customers. I am very disappointed and hope this issue is taken seriously.
I bought tickets through the platform, and the experience was very disappointing. The voucher was supposed to arrive within 15-30 minutes, but after waiting four hours, I had to call for assistance. They promised to resolve the issue but never followed up. I had to call again and insist they stay on the line until the tickets were finally emailed. The customer service was inadequate, the in-app support was ineffective, and it took multiple attempts to reach someone.
I wish I could give a lower rating. This site is terrible. I booked a cruise but received no communication from the operator, and the boat left without picking us up. This site is fraudulent, so please avoid booking any attractions, hotels, or tickets here.
I attempted to reschedule a ticket at an additional cost, but ended up with the same booking as before. Customer support was unhelpful, stating they would resolve the issue within 24 hours, but after a week, I still had no response. Eventually, I had to buy another ticket, resulting in paying three times for the trip. They claimed there were no technical issues on their end, which seems suspicious. It feels like a scam when they charge extra for a rescheduling that doesn't actually change anything.
Terrible service. The app frequently has issues, preventing payment completion, and when I tried again, it resulted in a wrong date booking, costing me money. The customer service was unhelpful, and I couldn't reach them through chat or email. I feel deeply disappointed by the poor service.
