I ordered four items, after paying and submitting the order, I realized one of the items was ordered by mistake. So I used the “cancel item” option and it was ok. The app said the cancellation confirmation will be sent to my email and its money will be returned. After a dew days, I received an email saying that my package was sent with all the items. So they hadn’t cancelled the item I requested, even though I cancelled it when the order was still in process and the app itself offered the option to cancel any item I don’t want.Why offer the option if you’re not gonna pay any attention to it?The app said cancellation request for days, now it just says order sent. How do I prove that I cancelled one item? Why is it not in the history of the order?
