The worst experience ever. I've order a product on their website, the product never got delivered to the destination, with the full address written on delivery. It had to be delivered at the end of February 2026. I initiated the refund procedure, it's now 5th of April 2026 and they NEVER got back to me with an explanation in regards to the refund. I am now making all the legal and public procedures that are to my disposal.

I ordered two items (Ducray Anaphase and La Roche Posay Kerium DS) and the experience was completely unacceptable. The package arrived with absolutely zero cushioning inside to protect the items. Because of this, the Anaphase bottle was loose, the cap was completely broken, and the shampoo was leaking. The Kerium box arrived with torn plastic marks, making it look exactly like it was forcefully ripped off a promotional bundle to be sold individually. The entire shipment felt like buying second hand items from a street market rather than a reputable online pharmacy.To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service and provided clear photos of the broken cap and leaking liquid, they completely dismissed the issue, claiming that "only the external boxes were damaged" and wasted my time instead of offering a real solution. Completely unprofessional and a terrible way to treat customers. I highly advise avoiding this store.
I ordered four items, after paying and submitting the order, I realized one of the items was ordered by mistake. So I used the “cancel item” option and it was ok. The app said the cancellation confirmation will be sent to my email and its money will be returned. After a dew days, I received an email saying that my package was sent with all the items. So they hadn’t cancelled the item I requested, even though I cancelled it when the order was still in process and the app itself offered the option to cancel any item I don’t want.Why offer the option if you’re not gonna pay any attention to it?The app said cancellation request for days, now it just says order sent. How do I prove that I cancelled one item? Why is it not in the history of the order?
Taking care of health is mandatory especially when you caught a cold and need to recover quickly. I got lots of deadlines at work and couldn't allow myself to be ill, cause... there might've been a collapse at work.I ordered here tons of supplements and medicaments which could help me to recover within several days. The delivery was quick, if you are somewhere in Italy (those days I was to this country) then it's not a big deal to get all these medicaments and supplements. I highly recommend this website for all those who stick to certain diet, nutrition plan or got sick and want to recover.
I know that even supplements should be prescribed by doctors, but I anyway consume a lot of them just because I feel better when I eat vitamin C or D, or maybe even a complex of vitamins that includes many of them for better well-being.This website is my helper in this because there are many supplements by an affordable price. I thought that they would be expensive but no, they are cheap.
