The staff were incredibly friendly, providing clear explanations of various choices, even suggesting a more affordable yet durable material due to our pets. A representative came the next day to take measurements and provide a quote, which was done swiftly. The price matched my expectations, and there was no pressure to buy immediately. Communication from the team was excellent, keeping me updated on any changes regarding the carpet delivery (a bit delayed due to snow, but they still met the fitting date!). The fitters were friendly and professional, completing the job in less than a day. I reviewed their work with them and found no faults. I highly recommend them and will definitely choose them for any future flooring needs.
