Outstanding service experience! I stopped by to explore options for our upstairs bedrooms, landing, and stairs. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the various choices, even suggesting a more affordable yet durable material suitable for homes with pets. One of the team members came out the following day to measure and provide a quote, which was done quickly. The pricing was just as I had anticipated, and there was no pressure to buy immediately. Communication from the store was excellent, keeping me updated about any changes regarding the carpet delivery (a slight delay due to snow, but they still met the fitting date!). The fitters were friendly and professional, completing the job in under a day. I reviewed their work with them and found everything to be impeccable. I highly recommend their service and will definitely return for future flooring needs.

We visited a local store just before the holiday season and discussed a carpet with a representative who provided an informal quote and fitting date.
