Review Time
My wife and I made the trip from Katy to Austin today, and it was a wonderful experience. The departure and arrival were on time, and our driver was exceptionally kind and courteous. She even notified us about a tablet we had left on the bus and returned so we could retrieve it.
Terrible “service.” I booked a premium service and paid extra, only to be switched to a horrible Caribbean bus just hours before departure. The “solution” was a $7 voucher for the downgrade (which I haven’t even received) so I could continue using their “service” and risk the same thing happening on another trip the next day.Customer service is a disaster and they take no responsibility. Never again!Pésimo “servicio”. Contraté un servicio premium y pagué extra, horas antes me cambiaron a un colectivo horrible de Caribbean. La solución fue un voucher de $7 por el downgrade (que aún no recibo) para seguir usando su “servicio” y que me vuelva a pasar lo mismo en otro viaje al siguiente día.Servicio al cliente es un desastre y no se hacen cargo de nada. Nunca más!
I paid for a premium service twice, and both times they downgraded me without notice. No transparency, no proper compensation, and very poor customer support. I will not be using RedCoach again — avoid if you expect to get what you actually pay for.
WELL DON'T RIDE RED COACH IF YOU ARE MIXED RACE AND A YOUNG LADY!!!... My daughter who is 18 and alone rode the red coach for the first time today and sat right behind the driver as we taught her. This is the safest place. However, at the UF stop going back to her college in Tallahassee was awoken by a white male bus rider and told to get up and get out of the seat. Being the respectful daughter we taught her to be, she just gathered her belongs and tried to change seats. Then the white rider told my daughter she could not sit in the seat she was trying to move to. With this, my daughter tried to get HELP from the driver, who seemed very uninterested in helping her. Then even, looking at my daughter as though she needed to sit down or get off. After calling her parents, we tried to let corporate know what happened and make a complaint, there was no answer, no one wanted to hear from us, no way to leave a message. They are COMPLETELY uninterested in the safety of their riders and mixed race passengers still being told to move to the back of the bus, by other WHITE passengers!!!!! And if you think you can call the NEWS about black people being told they need to move to the back of the bus, do not call FOX NEWS because when we did and tried to report this, they were utterly uninterested just like Red Coach. So much for Christian and Family values. PARENTS: DO NOT LET YOU DAUGHTERS RIDE WITH THIS BUS COMPANY IT IS UNSAFE AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!
