I felt that ordering was easy and the product is beautiful. Not only that but the price seemed fair. My reason for 4 stars is because: They have a policy where you have to send them a picture of your license to their email if the shipping and billing addresses are different… Which delays the process. Not only that, but my license wasn’t updated yet so it WAS the same address. So I had to send them my card with the numbers blacked out. So I guess you can’t really mail it as a present... Also, I chose “celebration” themed wrapping paper and got birthday instead which made it a bit awkward but oh well. The engraving made the letters a weird copper color which I hope goes away after some use.
I was beyond satisfied with the final product. It actually turned out better than I expected. The engraving was high quality and looked really nice. And it was shipped relatively quickly.
